Yuzuri is a citrus liqueur handcrafted from Japanese Yuzu, 100% locally grown rice, and pristine, local groundwater. Tasting Notes for Yuzuri Yuzu Liqueur
Best described as the love child of lemon and mandarin with traces of grapefruit, Yuzu strikes the ideal balance between sweet, sour, and tart. - Blackberry Bramble
- .5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 1 oz Yuzuri Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Yuzu Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 10 Blackberries
- 3 Shiso Leaves
- Method: Muddle 8 blackberries and 2 shiso leaves in a shaker, add all other ingredients and shake. Strain into glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with skewered blackberries and shiso leaves.
- Yuzuri Sour
- 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Yuzuri Liqueur
- 0.75 oz lemon
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- Egg white
- Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a shiso leaf.
- Japanese Paloma
- 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Yuzuri Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Lime
- 0.25 oz Agave Syrup
- Method: Shake and strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and yuzu salt.
