Production Notes
The Laird family takes great care in closely monitoring the entire production process of this fine Apple Brandy. Laird’s 12 Year Old Rare Apple Brandy is an extremely pure spirit. Only whole tree ripened apples are selected. No additives, starters or yeast cultures are ever employed. The fermentation process is a natural one, never hurried. After distillation, the brandy is left to age and mature quietly in charred oak barrels for 12 year.
Only those barrels of exceptional taste and character are then hand selected by Master Distiller Lester “Mac” Clements, for the 12 Year Old Rare Apple Brandy. Only a very limited quantity are bottled, by hand, batch at a time.
