Production Notes
J.P. Wiser’s 10 Year Old Whisky is made using an authentic and time-tested production process. The beginning of this process occurs with the careful selection of high-quality grains, predominantly corn but also complemented by barley and rye. The grains are then finely milled and carefully fermented, a process that brings out their inherent sweetness. This sweet mash is distilled in copper stills, a method that imparts smoothness.
