Tasting notes
An enticing aroma of flowers and a fresh, herbal character. Classically Hendrick’s in style. Juniper and coriander backbone is lengthened by lush green and wonderfully sweet floral characteristics. A balanced, enchanting gin.

Production Notes
Hendrick’s is a gin like no other. It is distilled in two exceedingly different stills. The Bennett is an antique copper pot still that dates back to 1860 and the other is a still from 1948 known as the Carter-Head, of which only a few still exist today.
The Bennett steeps the botanicals in spirit prior to distillation, resulting in a rich complex liquid. The Carter-Head gently steams the botanicals in a basket, yielding a lighter, more delicate spirit.
This harmonious combination creates an unusually smooth gin with outsized character and a balance of subtle flavors.
Each batch is crafted 500 liters at a time.
