Suggested Serves
BANA SPRITZ: 2 parts Bana Canne, 3 parts dry sparkling wine, 1 part sparkling water, garnish with mint spring and ground nutmeg.
Banana Ranch Water: 1.5 oz tequila blanco, .5 oz Bana Canne, .75 lime juice, 3 oz Soda

-1oz Clement Bana Canne
-1oz Clement Select Barrel
-.5oz Coffee Liqueur
-1.5oz Freshly Brewed Espresso
-.25oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake with ice to combine, approx 15 seconds
Strain into a coup or nick & nora glass
Garnish with a dried banana chip and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
Banana Sazerac
1 oz Cognac (Hardy)
1 oz Rye
.5 oz Bana Canne
.5 tsp Demerara Simple Syrup
1 rinse Absinthe
1 peel lemon
Stirred and served in an absinthe rinsed glass with an expressed lemon twist
Production Notes
Rhum Clement uses upcycled bananas from Habitation Clement to create Bana Canne. The base spirit is Clement blanc agricole.
