- 2 oz. fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of soda water
- Garnish with a lime slice, rim of lava salt
- Pineapple Sour
- 1.5 oz. Mezcal Unión Uno
- 2 oz. Pineapple juice
- .5 oz. fresh lime juice
- .25 oz. agave syrup
- Garnish with dehydrated pineapple; rim of tajin optional
